Paul VerStrate

Paul VerStrate started working as a Commercial Drone Operator at SkySpecs in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Drone Operator at Duke Energy Corporation until April 2022. From August 2021 to April 2022, they held the role of UAS Pilot 2 at Duke Energy Corporation.

Paul VerStrate attended Northwestern Michigan College from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology. Prior to that, they attended Western Michigan University from 2015 to 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the same field. In addition to their formal education, Paul VerStrate also obtained a certification as a Commercial Aircraft Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in October 2020.
