Pad Gallagher

Pad Gallagher has extensive work experience as a technical writer. Pad worked at Skytap from 2015 to the present, starting as a Senior Technical Writer and later being promoted to Principal Technical Writer. Pad'sresponsibilities included producing content for user and administrator, creating REST API documentation, and reviewing application design. Prior to Skytap, Pad worked at Microsoft from 2008 to 2014 as a Content Publisher, where they produced user-assistance content for various Microsoft products. Pad also worked at Volt from 2007 to 2008 as a Contract Technical Writer, focusing on user-assistance content for Xbox and Zune. Pad's early career included a role as a Senior Technical Writer at Aspen Technology, Inc. from 2000 to 2007, where they produced software documentation and established procedures for Aspen's documentation deliverables.

Pad Gallagher attended the University of Washington from 1997 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technical Communication.
