R&d Scientist And Sustainability Lead at Skytree

Saskia Wunderink has a diverse work experience in various industries. Saskia started their career at UMC Utrecht as a Medical Students Team employee, where they provided assistance to the nursing staff and also performed administrative work for a study by the RIVM. Later, they worked at Museum Speelklok as a General Services Employee, responsible for welcoming visitors and managing the cafeteria. Saskia then joined GGD regio Utrecht as a Bron- en Contactonderzoeker, conducting investigations related to public health. Currently, they are working at Skytree as an R&D Scientist and Sustainability Lead, focusing on evaluating the environmental impact of Skytree's DAC technology and identifying low-carbon implementation opportunities.

Saskia Wunderink holds a Gymnasium Diploma in NG/NT from Stedelijk Gymnasium Nijmegen, obtained between 2008 and 2014. Saskia then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Medicine at Utrecht University from 2014 to 2017. Subsequently, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Utrecht University from 2017 to 2020. Saskia is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Nanomaterials Science at Utrecht University, which is expected to be completed between 2020 and 2023. Additionally, they obtained the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) certification at level C1 from the University of Cambridge in 2013.
