Susan Weaver has over 20 years of work experience in the financial industry. Susan began their career at Vanguard as a Retirement Trainer for Vanguard University from 1999 to 2006. Susan then joined Capital Group as a Facilitation Specialist, where they streamlined business operations and led associate teams. From 2013 to 2019, Susan worked at MassMutual, first as a Learning and Performance Consultant, where they built the training department and onboarded employees, and later as a Director of MMUS Insurance Operations, where they supervised contact center teams and implemented a quality assurance program.
