Kari Luehmann

Kari Luehmann, CEBS, currently serves as Senior Manager of Benefits at Sleep Number Corporation since September 2022. Previously, Kari was Benefits Manager at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel from August 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading health and welfare program administration and project management. Prior to that role, Kari worked as Benefits Manager at Bluestem Brands, Inc. from June 2014 to September 2021, focusing on benefit plan implementation, management of open enrollment processes for thousands of employees, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Kari's extensive experience in human resources and benefits management includes prior positions at Alcon Laboratories, Muirfield Village Golf Club, Brookside Golf & Country Club, ComDoc, Inc., and The Ohio State University, along with a Master of Arts in Sports Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from St. Cloud State University.
