Devina Dadoo

Devina Dadoo has worked in a variety of roles in Human Resources since 2012. Devina began their career as a Summer Intern at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) in 2012. In 2015, they interned at eBay. In 2016, they were awarded a PPO for a two month summer internship with the branding and client visit experience team at GENPACT. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Genpact as Manager and Assistant Manager, driving the implementation of AI and ML backed recruitment technologies globally, and working with the leadership to eliminate non-value add activities and transforming the Talent Acquisition process. In 2020, they joined Kohler Co. as Deputy Manager Human Resources and Assistant Manager - Talent Management & HRBP. Currently, they are HR Manager at Sleepy Owl Coffee.

Devina Dadoo has a comprehensive educational background. Devina completed their CBSE from Sanskriti School between 2004 and 2012. Devina then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) (Hons) from Jesus and Mary College between 2012 and 2015. Devina then completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from International Management Institute - IMI in 2017. Additionally, Devina has obtained five certifications from LinkedIn, including Communicating Employee Rewards, Transitioning from Manager to Leader, HR as a Business Partner, Employer Branding to Attract Talent, and Talent Management.
