Elena Stefanovska has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Elena has held roles such as Training and Enablement Manager, Team Lead for Training & Content Development, and Sales & Enablement Coordinator at Slice since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Zwei Architects from 2017 to 2019 and at Vitalia Healthy Food from 2017 to 2017. Elena'searlier experience includes being a Team Manager at Winner Life AD Skopje - Vienna Insurance Group from 2014 to 2017, a Regional Coordinator at Croatia osiguranje d.d. from 2011 to 2014, a Sales Manager at Euroalba DOOEL Skopje from 2010 to 2011, and a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Romako DOO Skopje from 2009 to 2010.

From 2003 to 2008, Elena Stefanovska attended the Faculty of Economics at the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius". During this time, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialization in Marketing.
