Jennifer Simpson

Jennifer Simpson is an accomplished finance and investment professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Executive In Residence at Anzu Partners, overseeing a venture debt fund focused on industrial technologies and life sciences. As a Board Member at Slingshot Coffee Co., Jennifer contributes to the mission of enhancing the coffee experience through a woman-led initiative. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Chief Financial Officer at HyperSpectralAPD and founded StepUp Companies, providing consulting services in finance and M&A. Notably, Jennifer was the Founding Executive Director of the Finance Leaders Fellowship at The Aspen Institute and has held senior roles at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and The Gladstone Companies. Jennifer's career began in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps, and academic credentials include a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management.
