Adam DeMartino

Chief Innovation Officer at Smallhold

Adam DeMartino has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adam co-founded Smallhold in 2016 and led a team to establish multiple organic, sustainable mushroom farms across three states. As the Chief Innovation Officer at Smallhold, they are responsible for new product development and impact initiatives, including the creation of compostable, branded mushroom retail packs. Adam also served as the Chief Operating Officer, where they built and staffed a network of certified GAP and Organic mushroom farms and managed budgets and demand planning during a national pandemic.
