Maria Jan Carreon

Maria Jan Carreon has a diverse work experience in various roles related to customer experience and people management. Maria Jan is currently working at Smalls as the Head of People since February 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head of Customer & People at Smalls from May 2022 to February 2023.

Prior to their work at Smalls, Maria worked at Hawthorne from January 2019 to May 2022. During their time at Hawthorne, they progressed through several roles, starting as the Director of Customer Experience and The Lab from January 2019 to September 2020. Maria Jan then became the Senior Director of Customer & People from September 2020 to October 2021, followed by VP of Customer & People from October 2021 to May 2022.
