Daniel Reed

Daniel Reed is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as Program Head - Commercial at Smart Commercial Solar since July 2021, following roles as Program Manager, Project Manager, and PV Project Engineer. Prior to this, Daniel held various leadership positions at Powder Recon Japan from December 2018 to July 2021, including General Manager and Sales and Business Development Manager. Daniel's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Adelaide Brighton Ltd from January 2010 to February 2018, where responsibilities encompassed National Project Manager and Quarry Manager. Academically, Daniel holds a Master of Engineering Science in Renewable Energy from UNSW and multiple engineering degrees from the University of Technology Sydney, including a Bachelor of Engineering with a focus on Mechanical and Mechatronics.
