Jordan Peters has a range of work experience in the technology industry. They started their career at BEC Technologies in 2007 as a Product Support Tech, before moving on to MeridianLink in 2008 as a Software Support. At MeridianLink, they were responsible for troubleshooting website issues, regression testing, and maintaining batch report tools. In 2011, Jordan joined Smart Communications as a Principal Support Analyst. In this role, they helped businesses implement modern architecture and cloud capabilities for customer and business communications.
Jordan Peters earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University of Fullerton between 2003 and 2006.
