During their time at Qualcomm, they had director-level accountability for modem and NFC product system verification, certification, and commercialization. Manmohan(Mannu) also led diverse teams across various time zones and served as the Product Lead for Gobi™ technology in Europe, leading product development, testing, and working closely with carriers for RFQ and certification.

Mannu has also gained experience in academia, working briefly as a lecturer at King's College, focusing on the Internet of Things.

Earlier in their career, Mannu worked at Nokia Mobile Phones as a Test Specialist, responsible for technical design for the verification and validation of 3G RAN tests. Manmohan(Mannu) also held the role of Senior System Engineer at Wipro Technologies and worked as an RF Engineer at Orange India (now Vodafone India).

Mannu's career began at Hughes Ispat Ltd, where they served as a Transmission Engineer, overseeing the commissioning integration and launch of the first WLL service in India. Manmohan(Mannu) was responsible for transmission link performance, troubleshooting with PSTN network, and radio performance and planning. Manmohan(Mannu) also worked as a Service Engineer at BPL Telecommunication Ltd.

Previously, they attended PVG COET ENGINEERING COLLEGE from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with a specialization in Electronics and Telecommunication. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, they attended Agnel Polytechnic and achieved a Diploma in Industrial Electronics. Lastly, from 1985 to 1989, Manmohan Rawat attended Model English School and obtained a Secondary School Certificate with a focus on Maths, Science, and Literature.
