Akanksha Singh has had a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Akanksha'smost recent position was as the Lead - Human Resource People Engagement at Smart Energy Water since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Smart Energy Water as a Sr. Executive HR People Engagement from April 2022 to March 2023, and as an Executive - HR People Engagement from October 2020 to March 2022. Before joining Smart Energy Water, Akanksha worked as a Human Resources Executive at Wipro Limited from July 2018 to October 2020, where they were responsible for developing forecast models for resourcing and managing multiple technical resources. Akanksha also gained experience as a Human Resources Executive at Hexaware Technologies from June 2017 to May 2018, where they managed the demand and supply of resources and worked closely with various stakeholders to align on demands and their prioritizations. Akanksha started their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tech Mahindra from January 2017 to May 2017.

Akanksha Singh completed a PGDM in Human Resources Development from Indira School of Business Studies from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Chanakya Education Societys Indira College of Commerce & Science, Pune from 2012 to 2015.
