Shalabh Agrawal

Shalabh Agrawal, VP - Product Delivery, leads the product implementations for strategic clients across North America. Shalabh brings a diverse set of skills and experience to his role at Smart Energy Water (SEW), providing a unique blend of strategic thinking, innovation, and action. He is an ardent proponent of Kaizen philosophy, striving for continuous improvement.

Shalabh has 22+ years of rich IT experience and has led multiple complex digital transformation initiatives across the globe. During his journey, he has collaborated with global cross-functional/technical teams and partnered with senior IT & Business stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve overall Customer Experience.

Prior to joining SEW, Shalabh served as a Sr. Client Engagement Leader in Cognizant, where he managed portfolio of eminent clients and led digital initiatives, specially focusing on optimizing E-2-E business processes leveraging Intelligent Automation solutions based on RPA/AI/ML. Prior to Cognizant, Shalabh was with TCS & Infosys, where he led delivery of technology solutions in line with the business strategies for Fortune 500 organizations.

Outside work, Shalabh has a passion for Mathematics and likes coaching students, helping them prepare for SAT/ACT and other college level competitive exams.
