Andrew Kirtland

Andrew Kirtland has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the technology and telecommunications industry. Andrew currently works as a Product Development Manager at Smart Robotics, where they manage robotics product development teams. Prior to this, they worked as an Agile Coach & Scrum Master at KPN and as a Project Manager & Scrum Master at M-PESA Africa, where they managed teams for the delivery of new projects and services. Andrew also worked as a Project Manager & Scrum Master at National Grid ESO, where they focused on enabling renewable energy plants to connect to the grid. Andrew has also worked at Vodafone and VodafoneZiggo as a Programme Manager, overseeing various transformation projects. Additionally, they have experience as a Supplier Project & Performance Manager at Hutchison 3G and Vodafone. Andrew's expertise lies in agile coaching, project management, and product development.

Andrew Kirtland's education history includes a BSc degree in Psychology from the University of Plymouth. Andrew also obtained a Positive Psychology Certificate from the University of East London in 2012 and a Positive Psychology Diploma from Maastricht University in 2015.
