Paula Nickolds

Paula Nickolds is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of The White Company and Chair of CurrentBody, Paula is also Advisory Board Chair at NearSt and an Ambassador for Smart Works Charity, where support is provided to unemployed and vulnerable women. Previously, Paula held significant positions at Sainsbury's as General Merchandise Commercial Director and McKinsey & Company as Senior Advisor, contributing expertise in digital transformation and strategy. Paula's long tenure at John Lewis included roles such as Managing Director of the non-food Division and various leadership responsibilities in buying and brand management. Paula is a Non-Executive Director for The Girls' Day School Trust and has served as a Trustee for the John Lewis Foundation. Educational achievements include studies at IESE Business School and a B.A. (Hons) in History from the University of Southampton.
