Carl Resnik

Carl Resnik has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Carl currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at SmartBear. Prior to this, they were the VP of Product and Engineering at HourWork.

From 2019 to 2022, Carl worked at ConnectWise, where they held the positions of Vice President of Product Growth and Senior Director of Product Management. During their time at ConnectWise, they created a new Product Growth organization and led pricing and packaging initiatives. Carl also managed the Command Remote Monitoring and Management and the Control Remote Access SaaS product lines.

Before ConnectWise, Carl worked at Continuum Managed Services as the Senior Director of Product Management. Carl led the Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) SaaS product line and the company's SaaS platform.

Prior to that, Carl held a role as the Director of Process Services at Iron Mountain, where they led process improvement initiatives across multiple departments.

Carl Resnik holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Carl also possesses a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in the same field from MIT. Furthermore, Carl has received a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from GE. In terms of recent educational pursuits, they have completed various courses at Reforge, specializing in Advanced Growth Strategy, Monetization and Pricing, Experimentation and Testing, and Retention and Engagement.
