Maggie Leon

Maggie Leon has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Maggie is currently the Vice President of Growth and Development at SmartBear since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Pegasystems for many years, holding positions such as Director of Community Programs and Services, Director of Technical Curriculum Enablement, and Senior Manager of Technical Curriculum Enablement. At Kronos Incorporated, they were the Manager of Education Development for a significant period of time. Maggie also has experience as an Instructional Designer at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where they were responsible for designing and delivering both soft skills and technical training.

Maggie Leon has a strong educational background. In 1994, they earned a BA in Child Study and English from Tufts University. Maggie continued their education at UMass Boston, where they obtained an MEd in Instructional Design from 2001 to 2003. Maggie later attended Harvard Business School in 2019 for The Women's Leadership Forum. Alongside their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications, including one in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
