Nikki Morcom

Nikki Morcom has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Nikki is currently working as the VP of Global Talent Acquisition & Culture at SmartBear since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at UiPath as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA from March 2021 to April 2022. Nikki also has experience with Automation Anywhere as the Head of Talent Acquisition, EMEA (& acting Head of HR) from May 2018 to March 2021. Nikki had a leadership role at VMware as the Director (interim) EMEA Talent Acquisition from March 2016 to April 2017. Before that, they were the Head of Recruitment, EMEA at Brocade from October 2010 to February 2016. Nikki has also held various roles in staffing and recruitment at Redback Networks / Ericsson, TIBCO Software, Amazon.com, Yahoo! Europe, and MCI.

Nikki Morcom obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex, which was completed between the years 1990 and 1994.
