Shelley Phillippe

Shelley Phillippe, CHRL has over 27 years of experience in human resources. Shelley began as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator at Wang Canada Ltd. in 1992 and has since held various HR management roles at companies like Magna International, Solectron, Flextronics, and SmartREIT. Their expertise includes workforce planning, talent management, total rewards programs, and succession planning. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Human Resources at SmartCentres REIT.

Shelley Phillippe, CHRL completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Political Science from the University of Toronto in 1991. Shelley then pursued a Post Diploma Program in Human Resources Management at Seneca Polytechnic in 1991-1992. In 2008, they obtained the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Shelley also holds additional certifications including the CHRP Designation from the Human Resources Professional Association in 2009 and Certified Member - Health and Safety from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board in 2008.
