Elias Eliades

Elias Eliades is an experienced IT professional, currently serving as a Technical Consultant at Smartdesc since November 2020, specializing in managed services for the charity sector. Responsibilities include monitoring escalation queues, resolving tickets, infrastructure monitoring, and consulting in various technological areas. Previously, Elias held the position of Senior Desktop Engineer at Edge Technology Group, providing support to hedge fund clients and managing desktop setups and software installations. At TLC Marketing Worldwide, Elias progressed through roles from Senior Operations Engineer to Desktop Support Analyst, gaining extensive experience in Active Directory Management, SCCM, and customer support.
