Tushar Vora

Tushar Vora has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and project management. Tushar is currently the Sr. Director - Software Engineering at SmarTek21, where they lead a team of 250+ people in driving software engineering, product development, and implementation for telecom and travel industry clients. Previously, they served as the Sr. Director at Avanade, overseeing software engineering practice and managing application management and modernization projects. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director at Accenture, directing the development and modernization of software products and SaaS applications for various clients. In the early years of their career, Tushar worked as a Sr. Project Manager at Atos, managing the development of complex products for multinational organizations. Tushar'sexpertise lies in spearheading business growth, client relationship management, solution planning, delivery execution, and team performance.

Tushar Vora holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pravara Engineering College.
