Andrew Potapov has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade, with roles in various technology companies. Andrew began their career at Marin Software as a Tech Lead Manager, where they managed a team of 12 engineers and played a significant role in managing the core product. Andrew also built the company's second product targeting mid-market advertisers.

Andrew then co-founded Capt Studios in 2013, where they served as a Co-Founder for two years before moving on to Wealthsimple as a Software Engineer. At Wealthsimple, they gained valuable experience before joining Overbond as the Head of Engineering. In this role, Andrew led a team of 10 engineers and built a SaaS platform to digitize the corporate bond issuance process.

After their time at Overbond, Andrew co-founded TapWealth and played a key role in its establishment. Andrew later joined Ritual.co as the Director and Head of Product Engineering. In this position, they played a crucial role in driving product delivery across multiple platforms and successfully contributed to the company's growth.

Following their work at Ritual.co, Andrew joined Wish as a Senior Manager of Engineering, where they supported three engineering teams and helped scale the local store network significantly. During their time at Wish, Andrew played a pivotal role in the company's IPO team.

More recently, Andrew worked at Xanadu as the Director of Software Development, responsible for consolidating the Software Development organization and supporting both Quantum Software and Hardware Tooling.

Currently, Andrew Potapov holds the position of Sr. Director of Software Engineering at theScore, where they bring their extensive experience and expertise to help lead the software engineering department.

Andrew Potapov attended the University of Toronto from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained an Honors Bachelor of Science degree. Andrew pursued studies in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering, while also completing a minor in Economics.
