Camila Parra

Camila Parra has diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2013, they began their career as a Trade Marketing Intern at PepsiCo, where they gained valuable experience in the marketing field. In 2014, they joined SUNA - Restaurant and Market as a Human Resources Manager, where they successfully managed HR operations for over six years. In 2021, Camila transitioned to SmartHop as a Human Resources Coordinator, overseeing various HR tasks. Camila quickly moved up to become a People Resources Supervisor and is currently serving as a People Manager, where they play a crucial role in managing and developing the company's talent.

Camila Parra has a Master's degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago. Camila obtained this degree from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from CESA, from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Camila has also obtained several certifications. Camila completed the Google Project Management: Specialization from Coursera in December 2022, and the Google - Agile Project Management certification from Coursera in November 2022.
