Elie AlChaer

Elie AlChaer has extensive work experience in project management and product management roles. Elie started their career as a Project Engineer/Scheduler at Al Shafar General Contracting in 2012, where they worked until 2016. Elie then joined Turner & Townsend as an Associate Consultant - Assistant Project Manager from 2018 to 2019. Following that, they worked at WeWork as an Assistant Development Project Manager from September 2019 to March 2020, and then as a Development Project Manager from March 2020 to October 2020. In 2020, they joined SmartLabs as a Senior Project Manager until May 2022. From May 2022 to May 2023, they served as a Product Manager at Slate Technologies Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Project Management at SmartLabs, starting from May 2023.

Elie AlChaer has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from Lebanese American University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2017. Elie then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering and Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley from 2017 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications. These include the Machine Learning Foundations for Product Managers certification from Coursera obtained in April 2023, the Google Data Analytics certification from Google obtained in December 2021, and the MDPI Reviewer Certificate obtained in August 2021. Elie has also received the Hasan Abdallah Yabroudi Best Civil Engineering Design Project Award from Lebanese American University in 2016. Additionally, they obtained an Honors Society membership at Lebanese American University in 2014.
