Saravanan Subramanian

Saravanan Subramanian is an experienced Architect and Security Officer at SMARTMD since July 2021, focusing on web modernization, data integration, data analytics, cloud adoption, and cyber security on Azure and AWS, as well as developing health interfaces for EMR and EHR systems. Previously, Saravanan served as an IT Architect at TD from November 2018 to June 2021, leading software development initiatives and supporting DevOps and legacy app migration following the acquisition of Greystone Managed Investments Inc. Here, from May 2011 to October 2018, Saravanan was a Senior Solutions Architect, delivering web and data integration solutions for trading and portfolio management activities. Earlier roles include Software Development Consultant at SMARTMD, Application Architect & Senior Software Developer at FCC/FAC, Instructor at the University of Regina, Software Development Consultant for the Government of Saskatchewan, and Software Developer at Polar Waves Consulting. Saravanan holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and two degrees from Bharathiar University in Medical Instrumentation and Electronics and Communication Engineering.
