Anton Pasyuta

Anton Pasyuta has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Anton started their career in 2003 at Golden Telecom, where they began as a call centre agent and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Shift Supervisor. Anton then took on roles as an IT Security Manager, Acting Head of Internet Services Administration, and Business Change Manager.

In 2008, Anton joined Beeline Russia as a Project Manager, focusing on telecom billing migrations, BSS/OSS post-acquisition integrations, and corporate process improvement. Anton worked as part of a corporate Project Management Office.

Afterward, Anton worked at Sitronics Telecom Solutions as a Portfolio Manager, handling projects for the Ukrainian account of Mobile TeleSystems, the largest CIS telecom. Anton gained exposure to all operational aspects of a modern GSM operator.

Anton then joined DOCOMO Digital as a Project Manager from 2013 to 2016.

Currently, Anton is working at Smartnumbers, where they have held various roles since 2016. Anton started as a Project Manager, responsible for customer solution delivery and internal change programs. In this role, they achieved certifications for the company and facilitated successful deployments of strategic products to customers. Anton then transitioned to the position of Risk Manager, where they were involved in risk mitigation and managing strategic deliveries. Currently, Anton holds the position of Head of Business Operations and will soon become the Chief Operating Officer in 2023.

Anton Pasyuta completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Credit from Moscow University for the Humanities from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued Economics at Moscow State Industrial University from 1999 to 2002. In 2013, they obtained a certification as an Agile Project Management Registered Practitioner from APMG-International.
