Greg Pawelczyk

Greg Pawelczyk has been working in the software engineering field since 2003. Greg's first role was as a Computer Tech at Central Connecticut State University. Greg then moved on to a role as an Applications Analyst/Programmer Level 1 at Mortgage Lenders Network in 2006. In 2007, they began working as a Software Developer at Tsunami Tsolutions. In 2014, they were promoted to Staff Software Developer at Tsunami Tsolutions LLC. Greg then moved on to a role as a Systems Analyst at Otis Elevator Company in 2008. In 2015, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead at Insurity. In this role, they led a team of 3 offshore developers and 2 onshore developers on claim system enhancements. Greg also co-developed Insurity POC chatbot that has the ability to have a conversation and generate a claim on completion. In 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer at Yarde Metals. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at SmartPay Solutions, LLC.

Greg Pawelczyk has a diverse educational background. Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts in Actuarial Science from Central Connecticut State University in 2006, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same university in 2005. In 2015, they completed a Master of Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including CompTIA A+ Certification (2006), AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business and Technical) (2022), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional (2023), AWS Certified Developer – Associate (2022), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (2022).
