Head of Customer Success at Smartr365

Daniel Russell has a diverse work experience. Daniel'smost recent role was as the Head of Customer Success at Smartr365, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Success - Global at Perkbox, where they were responsible for creating and implementing a go-to-market strategy to expand the company's offering internationally. Daniel also worked as a Customer Success Team Lead at iwoca, where they helped transition the customer-facing teams into a more SAAS and customer success oriented mindset.

From 2017 to 2022, Daniel worked at Goodlord, starting as a Customer Success Manager and later becoming a Senior Customer Success Manager - Team Lead. In this role, they managed a team of up to 8 CSMs and was involved in developing and maintaining division-wide KPIs. Prior to that, they worked at Michael Page as a Consultant in the finance division, recruiting qualified accountants for various sectors.

Daniel also has experience as a PR & Marketing Intern at MTC UK LTD, a Marketing Intern at Hong Kong Visas and Relocations, and as a Teacher at Karlam Kindergarten.

Daniel Russell attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in BScEcon Economic and Social Studies in Sociology.
