Olga Borovyk has a strong background in customer support and management. Olga started their career at CAPSIS HOTELS & RESORTS as a Bar supervisor in 2008. Olga then worked as a Guest Relations and PR supervisor at AKS Annabelle Village in 2009 and as a Guest Relations Specialist at Gran Melia Crete in 2010. In 2011, they served as a Front Office Agent at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi. Olga then joined InterContinental Hotels Group as a Duty Manager from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they worked at Opera Hotel Kiev as an Assistant Front Office Manager from 2014 to 2017.
Olga's experience expanded into the customer support field when they joined Cornerstone OnDemand as a Customer Support Executive from 2017 to 2019. Olga then progressed to the role of Technical Support Engineer from 2019 to 2020, and eventually became the Manager of Global Customer Support from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Olga holds the position of Customer Support Manager at SmartRecruiters, which they have been in since 2021.
Olga Borovyk completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Hospitality Administration/Management at Kyiv National University of trade and economics from 2005 to 2009. Olga then pursued a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Alpine College from 2009 to 2011. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff. In 2013, Olga attended the IHG Leadership Academy by Harvard, where they earned a Certificate in Hospitality Administration/Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as SmartRecruiters Expert Administrator from SmartRecruiters (2023), Preventing Harassment in the Workplace from LinkedIn (2020), and Learning REST APIs, also from LinkedIn (2019).
