Chris Cremeans

Chris Cremeans is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and development. Chris currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at SmartRent, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SightPlan where they held several roles, including Vice President of Engineering from June 2020 to February 2023, Director of Client Engineering from January 2016 to June 2020, and Lead Front-End Developer from July 2014 to June 2020. Chris also worked at myList as a Lead Front-End Developer from January 2012 to June 2014, where they played a crucial role in the design and development of the myList application and product. Before that, they were employed at Channel Intelligence as a Developer (Operational Engineering) from January 2009 to January 2012 and as an Operations Specialist from May 2007 to January 2009. At Sillery & Partners, they worked as a Freelance Developer from January 2007 to December 2009, completing projects involving PHP, MySQL, and Adobe Flash. Chris began their career at Connextions, where they served as a Tier II Technical Support Agent and Web Developer from May 2005 to April 2007, providing customer support and developing internal applications.

Chris Cremeans completed an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design in 2007 at the Academy of Design and Technology. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, Chris obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Web Development from the same institution.
