Tom Dockerty

Tom Dockerty is the current head of SME sales at SmartSearch. Tom has also previously worked as a sales and marketing executive at ETM Marketing and as a bar supervisor at the 3 Horseshoes Pub.

Dockerty began their career in sales and marketing, working for various major charitable organizations. Tom then transitioned into the role of bar supervisor at the 3 Horseshoes Pub, where they were responsible for managing the bar, taking deliveries, replenishing stock, and maintaining the facilities. In their role as head of SME sales at SmartSearch, Dockerty is responsible for leading the sales team and developing new business opportunities.

Tom Dockerty's educational career includes attending Lawnswood School and receiving certifications from QA Ltd in Coaching For Results and Persuasive Negotiation Skills.
