Vendula Kolarikova

Vendula Kolarikova has been working in the field of Human Resources and Recruitment since 2007. Vendula began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assistant in their TLS office. In 2008, they moved to CPL Jobs, s.r.o. where they worked as a Senior Consultant and Leader of the IT team as well as a Recruiting Consultant. In 2012, they took on the role of Branch Manager at CPL Jobs, where they were responsible for recruitment of ICT management and IT/SW positions, motivating and managing the recruitment team, developing sales and marketing activities in Brno and nearby region, and working closely with colleagues in the CEE Cpljobs network in Czech, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary. In 2020, they joined Smartsupp as the Head of HR and Recruitment (People & Ops & Culture) and Smartlook as the Head of HR, Recruitment, People & Culture.

Vendula Kolarikova attended Masaryk University Brno from 2003 to 2008, where they earned an Ing. degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, Economics.
