Karolína Hýlová has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Karolína began as a Publications Promoter for S&K Public in 2004, and then moved to Marco in 2007. In 2008, they took a role as a Concierge and Courtesy Service for Club de Mar. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Stewardess for Private Motor Yacht and a Marketing Manager for Brnenske komunikace a.s. In 2013, they became a Personal Concierge for up2me, and in 2017, they took on the role of Back Office Manager for Smartsupp.

Karolína Hýlová obtained a Master's degree in Agroecology and Rural Development from Mendel University between 2005 and 2011. In 2010, they participated in an exchange study programme Erasmus at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). In 2004 and 2005, they earned a First Certificate in English from ILC International House Brno. Karolína also obtained a FCE - First Certificate in English from University of Cambridge in June 2005, and a STCW 95 Basic Safety Training from Maritime office of Slovac Republic in February 2012.
