Rob N. is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Smashburger since October 2021, Rob N. oversees the operations of 50 restaurants across Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, and Utah, achieving an annual sales volume of $80 million while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction. Prior to this role, Rob N. held the position of Senior Regional Manager at Hooters from February 2013 to October 2021. Earlier in the career, Rob N. spent nearly three decades at Corwell’s Seafood Dining, Corwell’s Pizza, and Corwell’s Consulting, where roles included Vice President of Operations, Executive Director, and various managerial positions.
