Nikki Randolph

Nikki Randolph is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at SPB Hospitality since April 2024. Prior to this role, Nikki held the position of District Manager at GPS Hospitality from July 2020 to April 2024 and at The Krystal Company from April 2018 to July 2020. Nikki's extensive career in management began at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants, where Nikki also served as District Manager from April 2000 until April 2018, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to operational excellence in the hospitality industry.
