Ryan began their career as the Owner of their own public accounting firm, Seeds & Company PC, where they provided financial information and analysis for prospective buyers and assisted companies in obtaining financing and achieving growth. Ryan then transitioned into a role as a Virtual CFO at BrightIron, where they provided strategic financial and operational advisory services to growth technology companies. Ryan has also served as a CFO and Strategic Advisor at various companies, including Robinson Ventures, Fotenn Planning + Design, sMedia, Fractal Workspace, and 1 Million Teachers. In these roles, they have worked closely with executives to improve financial performance, make strategic decisions, and raise capital. Additionally, Ryan has served as a Board Member at Frontenac Mortgage Investment Corporation and as a Virtual CFO at Welch Capital Partners.
