Senior Client Success Manager (bilingual) at SMG

Josh Pedersen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Josh started their career at Intercambio Cultural as an English Instructor, where they received Spanish courses and provided pro bono English courses as part of their missionary service from January 2014 to October 2014. Josh then worked as a Server at Minsky's Pizza from February 2011 to October 2015. After that, they joined Musselman & Hall Contractors, LLC as a Laborer from October 2015 to December 2016.

In 2017, Josh worked as an HR Intern at Tenneco from November 2017 to July 2018. Josh then transitioned to SMG - Service Management Group, where they held multiple roles. Josh started as a Bilingual Account Administrator in July 2018 and worked until July 2019.

Subsequently, they served as a Bilingual Account Analyst from July 2019 to December 2020. Josh then moved on to the position of Bilingual Client Success Manager at SMG in January 2021 and continued until October 2022. Currently, they are an experienced Senior Client Success Manager (Bilingual) at SMG - Service Management Group, starting in October 2022.

Josh Pedersen, TC5, has a strong educational background in public relations and Spanish language and literature. Josh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from the University of Central Missouri, graduating in 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Metropolitan Community College-Blue River between 2011 and 2013. In 2010 to 2012, they also studied Spanish Language and Literature at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In addition to their formal education, Josh Pedersen has obtained the Level 5: Team Collaboration certification from Toastmasters International in January 2020.
