Sarah Facini has held a variety of roles in the customer experience and marketing space over the past 17 years. In 2020, they were the VP, Customer Experience and Marketing at Smile.io, where they led a rebuild of the customer-facing teams with a focus on remote work, life balance, and customer service excellence. Sarah also held the role of Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software. In 2019, they were the Head of Customer Success at Guestlogix, overseeing customer operations and leading the inaugural Customer Success team. From 2013 to 2014, they held three roles at PathFactory, including Sr. Director, Product Adoption and Sr. Director, Client Success. During this time, they also managed digital and event marketing efforts. In 2014, they were the Race Director at Railpath Run. From 2011 to 2012, Sarah was the Director, Operations and Customer Success at BuzzData. From 2008 to 2007, they held two roles at BC Lions Society for Children with Disabilities & Easter Seals BC, Special Events Manager and Coordinator of Volunteer Services at Victoria Film Festival. Finally, from 2003 to 2006, Sarah was the Coordinator of Volunteer Resources and Counsellor at Community Living Toronto and Host Site Coordinator at Best Buddies Canada.
