Liz Brennan has a wealth of work experience. Liz began their career in 2005 as a Help Desk Student Worker at Ursinus College, where they were responsible for diagnosing computer issues over the phone and in person, repairing basic computer and printer issues, audio/visual set ups and break downs, and various position related duties. In 2009, they moved on to The University of the Arts as an IT Support Specialist, where they were responsible for diagnosing and repairing computer issues, scheduling and managing student workers, scheduling and managing equipment reservations, deliveries and pickups, and various administrative duties. In 2013, they became a Technical Support Engineer at Edu-Tech Academic Solutions, where they were the tech support department, responding to work orders for any kind of technical assistance, and advising the school's administrators and faculty on purchasing or updating technology. In 2014, Liz moved on to Drexel University as an IT Support Specialist on the desktop support team of the Information Resources and Technology department. In 2017, they began working at both American Executive Centers as a Communication Coordinator and Ring as a Community Support Agent. In 2019, they became a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Swarthmore College, and in 2020, they joined Smith.ai as a Support Team and Virtual Receptionist.
Liz Brennan received their high school diploma from the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur in 2005. Liz then attended Ursinus College, graduating in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Media & Communication Studies and Theatre. In 2013, they obtained two certifications from Apple, becoming an Apple-Certified Macintosh Technician and an Apple-Certified Support Professional.
