Greg Bennett

Greg Bennett started their work experience in 1986 as a Division President for Colony Homes in Atlanta. Greg then worked at KB Home as an EVP from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, they established their own company called Greg Bennett Homes, where they were the owner until 2015. Since 2015, they have been working at Smith Douglas Homes, initially as the Chief Operating Officer and currently serving as the President and CEO.
