Scott Hicks

Joining the team in 2019 as the general manager of our Smith-Columbia plant, Scott brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise from the precast/prestress industry. LEED AP certified, he has significant leadership, production and technical expertise gained in management positions at Oldcastle Precast, Oldcastle Infrastructure, Metromont Corporation and Watts Constructors in Guam. His skillset includes facility management, bids and contract negotiations, project management, scheduling, CAD, and production/management controls. As a native South Carolinian and a graduate of Clemson University, Scott was excited to relocate from California back to his home turf.
