Rachel Pang

Rachel Pang is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the ASEAN region. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Smith & Nephew since April 2020, Rachel focuses on hiring for the Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and ANZ markets. Prior to this role, Rachel was Managing Consultant at MindMerge Consulting Sdn Bhd from May 2015 to April 2020, where expertise in executive search for prestigious multinationals and local companies was developed. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Manager of Recruitment at PACKET ONE SDN. BHD. from June 2010 to April 2015, responsible for strategic recruitment planning. Rachel holds a B.A. (Hons) in Business and Management from Nilai International College, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
