Crystal D.

Crystal D. has a diverse work experience in the payroll and accounting field. Crystal started their career at Jones Lang LaSalle, where they worked as an Accounts Payable Clerk, Team Lead, Supervisor, and eventually became the Manager of Payroll. In 2006, Crystal joined Smithfield Foods as the Manager of Payroll for Armour-Eckrich Meats. Over time, they took on more responsibilities and advanced to the position of Director of Payroll, overseeing multiple divisions and entities within the company. In 2018, Crystal was promoted to Senior Director of Payroll at Smithfield Foods.

Crystal D. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General with Honors from Benedictine University from 2002 to 2005. In addition, they obtained the Certified Payroll Professional certification from the American Payroll Association (APA) in December 2022.
