Incaudo Dan has a solid work experience in the food industry. Incaudo worked at Smithfield Foods from 2010 to 2019, where they held various roles including Vice President of Sales for the Kretschmar Brand and Vice President/General Manager of Sales. Prior to that, they worked at Smithfield Global Products from 2006 to 2010, serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Before joining Smithfield, they worked at ConAgra Foods as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Butterball from 2004 to 2006.

Incaudo Dan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from St. John Fisher University, from 1982 to 1986.
