Kathryn Burriss

Kathryn Burriss has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kathryn started their career at The Timken Company in 2007, working as a Sr. Human Resource Analyst and later as an Organizational Advancement Manager. In 2014, they moved to Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., Inc. as a Human Resource Manager for two years. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Plastic Omnium Auto Inergy Division. Kathryn then joined Flexible Technologies in 2018 as a Human Resources Director, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Smiths Group plc as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Head of Benefits, starting in 2022.

Kathryn Burriss holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University. Kathryn has also obtained certifications including a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from SBTI (obtained in 2023) and a 30 Hour OSHA Certification from Tri-County Technical College.
