David S.

David S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David started their career in 2007 as a Sales Assistant at ASDA. In 2009, they joined the Royal Air Force (RAF) and worked as a Phase 1 & Phase 2 Training Staff before transitioning to become a Weapons Technician. David then took on the role of Software Tester from 2011 to 2021 in the RAF. After leaving the RAF, David joined Europa Worldwide Group in 2021 as a Software Tester and was later promoted to Senior Software Tester. Currently, they are working as a Senior QA Engineer at Smoothwall, starting in 2023.

David S. attended Rainford High Technology College for their GCSE's, but no specific start or end years were provided for this education. Aside from their GCSE's, David has obtained several additional certifications and qualifications throughout their career. In 2010, they obtained an NVQ and competence-based qualification in Aeronautical Engineering from Pearson. Four years later, in 2014, they acquired an NVQ and competence-based qualification in Management also from Pearson. In 2017, they obtained two more qualifications from Pearson: an NVQ and competence-based qualification in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals (L3), and a BTEC Specialist and Professional qualification in ICT Systems and Principles (L3). David'scertifications continued in 2018 with the achievement of Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2019, David earned a Microsoft Technology Associate certification in Software Development Fundamentals (MTA) from Microsoft. David'smost recent certification is the ISTQB® Certified Tester – Advanced Level, Test Analyst, which they obtained in January 2021 from iSQI.
