Uday Surampudi

Uday Surampudi has been working as the Head of Quality Control at SMS Pharmaceuticals Limited since August 2022. Before that, they worked at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd as an Assistant General Manager from June 2015 to August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Research Scientist at Ranbaxysearch Laboratories from November 2004 to May 2015.

Uday Surampudi completed their education with a Master's degree in Pharmacy, specializing in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, from Berhampur University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Acharya Nagarjuna University. In addition to their formal education, Uday Surampudi has also acquired several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Simplilearn, obtained in June 2023. Uday also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, LEAN Management, Lean Six Sigma in Health Care, and MINITAB, all obtained in 2021.
