Michaela MacHado

Michaela Machado is a Managed Services Team Manager at SMT since August 2021, overseeing the Sprinklr Managed Services team. Prior to this role, Michaela held positions as a Senior Managed Services Consultant and Customer Success Analyst at RISÜ from April 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included client onboarding, support, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the ÜP platform. Michaela's experience also includes working as a Monitor at PUC Minas from September 2014 to June 2016, involved in planning and executing communication actions for the college. Michaela earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies and a Postgraduate Degree in Communication and Marketing from PUC Minas, as well as a Bachelor of Education from Soongsil University.
